JirehCross ("we", "us") is an individual developer in the Philippines. These terms explain the rules for using Pawenda.

These terms cover the Pawenda mobile app, the Pawenda website at pawenda.com, and the Pawenda web viewer at pawenda.com/viewer. Those surfaces use this same text.

By buying, downloading, or using Pawenda, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to agree. A child should use Pawenda only with a parent or guardian.

The app you buy

Pawenda is a paid pet-care calendar. You buy it once from the Apple App Store or Google Play. It is offered worldwide. Apple or Google handles the payment and any refund. JirehCross does not receive your payment card number and does not issue refunds.

An App Store purchase is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. A Google Play purchase is also covered by Google Play's terms. Those store terms control the purchase and any refund.

You receive a personal license to use the copy of Pawenda you bought. That license is for you. You do not buy the Pawenda software itself. The pet records, photos, and notes you add stay yours.

Pawenda does not require an account. Your records stay on your device. You can export a backup and open it in the web viewer at pawenda.com/viewer. The viewer reads that file in your browser. It does not require an account, and it does not upload the backup to us.

Care records are not veterinary advice

Pawenda is a calendar for routines you choose to track, such as baths, grooming, medication, and vet visits. It does not provide veterinary or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A reminder is not a substitute for a veterinarian.

Your use

You are responsible for how you use Pawenda and for the information you enter.

JirehCross is not responsible for improper use. Improper use includes relying on Pawenda as veterinary or medical advice, entering the wrong pet or care details, missing or ignoring a reminder, and using an exported backup in a way that causes harm.

Use Pawenda lawfully. Do not try to break, copy, or interfere with the app, the website, or the viewer.

Availability

The calendar on your device keeps working without an internet connection. Optional online features, such as product-update notifications, crash reports, and support uploads, can be turned off or may be unavailable. That does not remove the copy of the app you bought.

If you contact support in the app, we read the report you send. We do not promise a reply time.

Responsibility

Pawenda is provided as it is. Where the law allows a limit, JirehCross is not responsible for loss from improper use, and any other responsibility is limited to the price you paid for the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions about a purchase or a refund go to Apple or Google.

Changes

If these terms change, we will post the updated version with a new effective date. The copy in the app and the copy on pawenda.com are the same text.
